There is a girl that works here at this location that is amazing...she has an upbeat attitude and I have been here twice. Each time I come she is willing to help and goes above and beyond her job description! Love this location just because of her personality!

Our experience from when we first entered the store went from great to okay. The sales associate, Adrienne was very attentive and extremely helpful and my mother and I ended up buying a few great pairs of shoes because of her. However before we finished our shopping we wanted to ask about a shoe in a certain size that we wanted to purchase but Adrienne had left for her break and we were left with Amanda to handle us. She seemed nice because she offered us a 20% coupon then we noticed her attitude change when my mom walked over to inquire about the shoe. She was about to ring up a customer but didn't because the customer had other needs my mom excused herself and asked her really quickly and politely about the shoe. In all fairness one of the shoes was an exchange. When my mom asked her, Amanda became extremely hostile and screamed at her; "ALRIGHT"! Her attitude made us not want to purchase anything but when Adrienne returned to the store she helped us out and even recommended a purse while she was still on her break. Which says to us she was an employee of Payless who really cares about her customers. Unfortunately Adrienne did not get to ring us up because she was still on her break, so Amanda did. However we would have preferred Adrienne because she is so polite and would have lessened the tension and we probably would have bought the purse that Adrienne recommended.
