I ordered 2 pair of shoes, unfortunately neither pair fit correctly. I had ordered them online, so I took them to the nearest retail store & they gladly refunded my money (except for the shipping, of course). Will use their online service again.

Unfortunately I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but there was a good selection of large women's shoes (size 11, 12, and even 13!) I did meet a nice, helpful man who worked there. He told me about the current BOGO promotion, and informed me that additional sizes can often be purchased online, which I didn't know!

Can see why they are not closing all of the stores. You think you would find better deals than just 30% off. Nothing was on sale, all sale tags had been removed and everything was at their original prices. We usually love going to "going out of business" places but as with anything don't fall for the hype. WE usually loved going in to Payless as they have always had great deals and the customer service was good also! The deals will hopefully get better the closer they get to closing the doors. There are just better deals out there! Happy Shopping!
