Payless Smoke Shop $ Vape

This unassuming store in a strip mall offers a variety of cigarettes, cigars & smoking accessories.

They don't open at 10AM, have visited location a few times around 10:15-10:30am and location is closed, this is only issue I have with this place. Other than that that, friendly staff, good prices, a lot of items in stock.

Yup, like others have said, THIS PLACE DOES NOT OPEN AT 8AM. this wasted my morning as I was trying to stop in on my way to work. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE.. If they open the same time as my regular vape shop why come here at all?

Workers were extremely rude and dismissive
