I recently visited Payless to purchase a few parts. My first impression was of a fast paced and clean business operation. Although the staff were busy I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I would like to enter the yard to look for my own parts. I gladly accepted the offer to look around. Holy moly they sure can fit a lot of inventory and trucks in the yard! When I returned to the office a wonderful lady helped me locate my parts with a search tool on their website. It displayed the part info and a picture on a big screen at the front desk so we could confirm the items. That was a great tool indeed.

They found the parts I needed and we negotiated what I thought was very fair price. A sign was brought to my attention regarding their 14 day refund policy or credit on account beyond the 14 days, they did say they would happily exchange or replace the item within that time if it wasn't correct.

The owner was very knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude! I left with a smile on my face! What a fun experience. I will definitely stop here again, great savings, nice people.

emailed them the part i requested and they contacted me right away fair and honest price , first time i have used there service and it appears it wont be the last time i am always looking for parts for my pre emission trucks
