maybe he is good in business law, sucks in communication, doesn't care to thoroughly read through papers before signing his name on documents on behalf of a client. Rule of thumb is something supposed to be shared as common knowledge, then why is there a need for an attorney?! He cannot remember right from left and if it were only him, without all his paralegals and such to carry out all his work, he'd be totally worthless.
If this is your only option for MEN; don't do it for family law! He doesn't defend you, he's a go with the flow and let me try and persuade you why it has to be this way; circumstances don't matter. And when the tough gets going, he'll withdraw from being your attorney! Good Luck!
