Purchased a pair of boots that I decided I didn’t like, just not my style, took them back after 2 days, never worn, still in box, of course. I found what I wanted online and have decided to buy those instead. Returned boots to p n b, was only given store credit, refund was refused. They don’t have anything I like in stock. So now I’m out the $167.99 til whenever. I have been a longtime customer and shopped here for years and referred my family and friends there … well not anymore due to this archaic policy. This is on the owner not the staff.

I have difficult to fit feet due to arthritis. The clerk who helped me was patient, informative, and helpful. And, after looking for a very long time, I have comfy new shoes!!!

Fantastic, helpful staff. Always a pleasure to shop there. Observed a lovely employee helping a lady with mobility challenges and she was incredibly patient and kind. I highly recommend this shop. Quality footwear, stellar staff!
