Bob was very professional. Prompt follow up and scheduling, performed the inspection thoroughly in the timeframe that he promised. His reports were very detailed and made it easier to work with plumbers, electricians and handymen to remediate the problems. I highly recommend PCA if you need your property inspected.

Working with Bob was great! He was thorough in his inspection and extremely knowledgable. He took the time to explain all of his findings and what they would mean to us. He was honest, diligent, and flexible. We will definitely be using Bob again.

I used Bob for my home inspection and he was very thorough and helpful! Even though there wasn't anything wrong with the house, he did take the time to point out and explain the potential problematic areas that may spring up in the future (e.g. Pipe below kitchen sink that's in early stages of rusting which may require repair later on down the road)! Further more, after I moved into the home, I realized my garbage disposal wasn't working so I reached out to Bob. After giving some initial pointers over emails, he gave me a call and he helped me realize the disposal plug simply wasn't plugged into the outlet! Must have been loosened in my move/cleaning. Regardless, Bob was immensely helpful and is super professional! Highly recommend!
