Philip presented a project design to our city stating his proposed project would not have unreasonable negative impact to surrounding neighbors' views, use, or enjoyment of their homes. When we spoke with him after these statements, however, he did not have any knowledge of the impact it would have on surrounding homes. He told us he would have his surveyor determine the impacts to our home, but then he abruptly refused all further conversations with us. We will now have to seek legal assistance even though we fully believe there is a reasonable solution to address all parties' concerns without engaging attorneys.
