I've been to over 10+ yoga studios in the SoCal area, and this one is one of the most authentic and inclusive studios I've been to. A variety of styles and teachers, who are super dedicated and unique. Highly recommend for anyone. All are welcome here :)

Wonderful and welcoming Yoga studio in a beautiful location! Not at all intimidating, the instructor offered pose variations for every body. I could tell that everyone felt at ease throughout the class. The Flow class that I attended was the perfect intensity: not too easy and not too hard. My 65 year old mom and I both felt great afterward. I highly recommend giving this studio a try!
