Took kid in for chest pain and difficulty breathing. Was told because her O2 levels were “acceptable” it would be a ling long wait to be seen. We left. Next day doctor told her she was in danger of lung collapse. 2 weeks later went back for a previously diagnosed problem. CT scan showed problem still exists. Was told they would give her something for nausea, 3 hours later, nothing. Person at registration sent her home with an IV in her arm! Unacceptable

I am giving 4 because the ER and the drs in the ER are garbage. BUT the labor and delivery team here are all WONDERFUL people. Every single nurse I had was nothing but sweet, caring, attentive and never once made me feel like a burden. My daughters are 2 years apart and my experience here both times was wonderful. They show concern for not only your new baby but you as well and I really appreciate them.

This place is a joke. Primary care: It took my mom 6 months to get an appointment.; because they cancelled on her 3 times. She needs a cardiologist appointment but had to wait 6 months just to be seen for a referral. 6months really? Jeeze! So the place seems ok when you first walk in. But then they call you back, I’m sure it’s just a crap shoot as to what assistant you get but the one we got was the coldest most unfriendly person ever. My mom is on Medicare and here I am just now learning that if you have 2 things going on you have to pick the most important one to you to be seen for. Good lord she had to pick the cardiology stuff. But also she just needed a prescription renewal for osteoporosis medication. She has had this all her life they know it never changes they could have done whatever they needed at same time but no she has to make another appointment to be seen for that. The total time spent with her was about 10 min 5 min for the assistant and 5 min for the doctor. They Chad time they could have seen her for both problems. The only thing they care about is oh no she’s on Medicare can’t see her for more than 1 thing at a time. Probably wouldn’t have been so bad if some friendliness would have been extended as well as a little understanding
