I recently completed 5.5 months of physical therapy for a hamstring autograph ACL replacement and a complex meniscus tear repair. All of the staff were friendly, great to work with, and provided quality care. Further, they always answered my numerous questions, gave me personalized exercises to help get me back to doing what I love, and went the extra mile when my insurance denied more visits.
My insurance didn't cover very many visits and Jaymes went to bat for me and got my insurance to cover a few more. By the time my insurance dropped me, I still wasn't in good enough shape to do much. Once this happened, Jaymes and Levi told me about their step-down program which was a lifesaver. The program allowed me to complete several more month's of therapy for an extremely reasonable price and got me to a much better place.
When I ended my therapy they followed up a month later to ensure that I was still doing ok and completing exercises. They also suggested additional exercises to keep me on the right track. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.
Update: A little over 8 months after my surgery I was able to get out backpacking again. I know this wouldn't have been possible without the great therapy I received.
