The customer service is horrible. The guy that works in the back office is really rude and definitely not a people person. I asked a simple question and he was so rude with his response.

I drove from Portland to get my reefer fix. Office lady very nice along with the person who fixed my reefer. Very polite. It sure did took all day for him to fix but I was satisfied. 🙏🏽

How about this? I was wondering if one would find businesses that employ morale and honesty? Yes, they are hidden behind people with beautiful smiles. Kudos and kudos to Peak Thermo King in Yakima. Yes, your team made my day. Your technician Bradley (hope I remember your name correctly) showed class and professionalism. I pray that businesses like yours be know, to promote and prosper. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking your time to care of my reefer unit. All who care to support a good business, please take your trailer and reefer unit here.
