The lack of information they provide to test takers is astonishing. No personal effects can be taken in to testing rooms, but you don't state where items can be stored while taking the test. Not everyone drives a car and can leave their effects in their vehicle. Zero phone support is available.

I took my proctored exam today from the comfort of my home due to CoVid. I was disgusted by the lack of professional practice. My proctor was late to start my exam, but in the email it made it crystal clear that if I was late I would not get any sort of compensation... yet it’s ok for my proctor to start my exam late after I was there 30 minutes early! That’s one way to start your exam taker off on an anxious and frustrated note. Not to mention my proctor told me, and it’s recorded “sorry we are having technical issues” The whole exam the proctors were quick to call me out on mutter questions to myself, or turning my face from the screen to pop my neck, or even when I had my hand over my mouth for a brief moment. Now I’m guilty of all that, however when I had issues getting my screen to respond to while watching my timer tick down... it took 10 minutes to get someone to restart my exam. AND THEN!!! When it did, it booted me from reviewing the first half of my exam and moved me directly into my break!! Not only did they start my exam late, and take 10 minutes of my test time due to a lack of response, and boot me from review when the error was already recorded as their technical difficulties, but there is absolutely ZERO way to contact customer service! They can send you emails, but your response for aid is a bit reply that the server does not accept incoming emails. I’m very frustrated and disappointed that their services were so poor and their customer service aid is basically nonexistent. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ll be contacting my exam issuer, and requesting my retake at any place but this one.

This is the 5th time I have taken a test with Pearson VUE and the second time that I have been sent away without my test results due to "technical error". Taking a test is stressful enough without having to prolong the process. I was told my test results should be emailed within a couple of hours, but it has been 7 hours now and still nothing. Last time it took three days. This is VERY frustrating. The people that work there are very nice and seemed frustrated with the tech issues as well.
