This store really knows the value in customer service!! I mean there was no end to the knowledge Jon and Linda shared, and was super appreciated.
They were welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the get go

I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience was with this store. I have an older Pedego bike (about 9-10 years old). My bike just stopped working all of a sudden. I had already purchased a new battery for the bike about 3 years ago. After calling the Pededgo techs I was told it could possibly be the motor. I needed to get to a Pededgo store. I live about 5 hours away from this store (but also not near any other Pedego stores). I was only going to be able to be down in town there for a few days. I called in advance to see if they could help me out and get a motor in stock so that I could get the bike fixed without having to waste a long, gas expensive trip down south. They were able to order one. But after getting my bike, and spending what I assume was a decent amount of time trying to diagnosis the issue, they determined that it wasn't the motor. They figured out the issue and were able to get the bike all fixed up. And they were so nice through the whole process. Just great customer service. They were about an hour away from where I was staying in SoCal but they were well worth the drive. I'm hoping I won't need to go back to them but if I do need to, I'm really hoping they'll still be around!! It was also great to see their stock of bikes and accessories.

Won Pedego E-Bike at Care for Kids Golf Classic in Camarillo. Bountiful bike> However, best part was I could use the E-Bike I won to upgrade. Went to their Westlake Pedego, they showed me the different bikes and accessories. I was able to test ride the service was great! Ordered and paid for my E-Bike upgrade. They are installing my accessories and it will be ready in a few days. Thank You.
