Every time I've taken my children here they've experienced exceptional care. We've utilized the weekend clinic, doctors and nurses on call, and if our primary pediatrician is unavailable we've been well taken care of with any of their providers. LOVE this clinic and their wonderful staff. The nurses have also been wonderful to respond quickly in regards to medications or getting my children in sooner. My children are medically complex and this clinic works wonderfully with Seattle Children's to gain a better understanding, and further communication. Dr. Imka Lavinder is our primary and she is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She stops at nothing until she either helps fight your child's illness or needs to refer them to a specialist who can help. Then she communicates amazingly with that specialists office. However, we also love Dr. Kregenow (She is very nice, and very thorough and Dr. Gregory Rurik (He carries a toy in his pocket (usually a veggie tales figurine :) and pulls it out every time to make the child feel comfortable and laugh). All the doctors are exceptional!!! We feel well taken care of at this clinic and have so much gratitude every time they get us in right away for an illness. Thank you Pediatrics Northwest from the bottom of this mamma's heart.

Not sure why but this place can’t seem to get it together as far as running on time. I have waited over an hour one time, 45 minutes another time, and 30 minutes today was the final straw for a flu shot. I have no complaints about the doctors but I’m going to be looking elsewhere due to the fact that he they do not run on time and thet don’t let you know when you get there either that you’re going to be waiting a long time. Another thing, if you need to get blood drawn I would highly suggest going to the lab across the street. I was not impressed and neither was my whaling child.

We loved Kregenow. Bummed to leave but getting in touch with receptionists for appointment or even talking with a nurse, it was near impossible. Busy signal or long hold times for 45+ minutes. You can save your place in the queue for a call back and it didn’t happen most of the time.
