This company makes an excellent impression on its web page and clearly it has done good work in the past. Just don't try to phone them. The phone is answered automatically and the phone-tree instructions include pressing '2' to talk about a project, which was my intention. Note that there is no apparent phone number on the website so one must search on the Internet. Sadly, no human comes on the line when one phones them, and one is subjected to what is called, in computer technology, a 'recirculating loop' in which one is redirected to the phone tree, which again does not deliver a human but merely recirculates. The email alternative ('Customer Service') is no better because there is no option for discussing a project. So: two stars for seeming competent. The other three, omitted stars are for not being functional. A pity.
