I love peets I really do. I have 1 simple request with my espresso drink: light ice. Why does this location have a hard time with this? I routinely get a bucket of ice. Finally I started asking for no ice but now they are leaving room for cream? In a cafe mocha? Barista certification doesn't seem to be enforced here...

Ordered a peppermint mocha, didn't taste the peppermint so I double checked with the barista, he paused and said yes but I know he just made a regular mocha. I already waited a long time for my drink so I didn't want to wait more. If you made the drink wrong just own up to it. Cashier was nice though.
