If I could rate negative -5 stars, I would. We are loyal Pendleton customers (VERY ASHAMED to say that right now)Terrible customer service. Racist and Unwelcoming employees. Every white person that walked in received a greeting. Except for us and I’m a white man with a Southeast Asian wife. Upon checking out, sale sign says additional 50% off, cashier (associate 3858) proceeded to give us 30% off. After pointing it out, she made a face, rolled her eyes and changed the discount as if she was disgusted with us holding them accountable for their advertisement instead of her own negative outlook on life and lack of knowledge in the store’s advertised sales. This won’t be the only action we will be taking in this matter. It’s unacceptable and Pendleton need to do a much more mindful job in hiring people who are respectful and kind human beings.

Decent selection and helpful staff. Blankets weren't well-labeled and we weren't really feeling the 'outlet pricing' vibe...still pretty spendy. But it's very high quality, which is why we went there.

Hazel was extremely helpful and kind. Going out of her way to help me find the perfect shirt for me. And even managed to find a shirt for 25% off!
