The doctor my husband saw was nothing but rude. He went for a full physical and was only in there 10 minutes and they made him feel rushed the whole time. He had to ask any question he had multiple times before she would give a half answer. He had been having constant tonsil pain and she just told him "just because you shower doesn't mean your clean" He needed a refer to ENT per a urgent care doctor in gig harbor a week prior. She gave him one but was told they won't do anything for him so that it was pointless. She told him to use a netty pot and sent him on his way. Never did the full physical. He ended up at urgent care again the next day. They gave him some medications and again said he really needed his tonsils removed from an ENT. The doctors at the indigo clinic in uptown have been amazing to him and helped him get his sinus better enough for him to return to work until his ENT appointment. The doctor at peninsula community health however did nothing for him and treated him horribly. We will never be back. I recommend people find a doctor elsewhere. .

The people are really kind and polite and personable, but the service is absolutely horrid. Definitely medically negligent. Do yourself a favor and try to get into CHI... the waitlist is longer, but worth it.

Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my entire life I go for 1130 appointment. Don’t see a doctor until 1236 for 5min they don’t tell you they’re running behind they have no respect for your time but expect you to be on time if you’re 15 minutes late, they make you reschedule, but they can be over 45 minutes to an hour late with no consideration I was expected to be out before 1230 didn’t get out until 1250-1pm If I wanted to stay at a doctors office for 2hours, I would’ve just went to urgent care at least urgent care is respectful and tells you if there’s gonna be over A 45 minute wait
