It is an ok trailer park but the roads in there are too narrow and have a lot of cars along it.

I've lived in the peninsula States manufactured home park for 4 years now it's very peaceful the grounds are very wild kept it's a gated community and I've enjoyed all my time here.

Do not keep up on general maintenance. Irrigation was down for 4 days and my new sod began to die. Not happy. So, my yard did die. On Saturday during the storm according to the manager the pump house was hit by lightning , no irrigation Drove around looking for thr pump house, could not. Find it I don't know what is going on again
