Dr. Lam is terrific. She explains things very well and I really feel she listens to me and wants the best for my eyesight and eye health. She even recommended a way I could better time the replacement of my primary and backup glasses to maximize my VSP insurance benefits. I highly recommend her.

This place was a sour experience in my mouth. I payed a high fee for services and front desk staff seems to be annoyed to provide services. When it was time to pick up glasses I was received by Mary in the front desk. She was very cutting and rude while even welcoming me. I asked for the restroom and she ignored me until she got off the phone just yo say it was out of service. Furthermore I explained I was a customer and picking up glasses. She was really rude when questioned why another person was using it and she stated it was out of service. I drove an hour to come here and had urgency to use the restroom. She was really rude and proceeded ti hand me the glasses without even a case in plastic wrapper. This is the worst place to come and spend your money. Guest service is everything anywhere. The doctor was really nice and welcoming but the rest of the staff is disgusting. For the fees I was charged I would have gone somewhere nicer and better service. Will never come to this place again. Save yourself the attitude you will be given.

Update: They are getting the single vision lens in the glasses at no charge; looking forward to my new pair..... Beware of add ons... there are no refunds if you do not like it and or it is affecting your vision and making you dizzy. (I would not buy into the "baby bi focal" if I were you!) Most of staff is friendly and knowledgeable - some are timid. The Doctor only appears for 1 minute and a half when you pick glasses up.
