Dear Sutter Health, please hire a new management team for your Lab in building A @ 1501 Trousdale. The employees (all decent people with only a few bruises) are overworked due to being understaffed. Being understaffed leads to inefficiency and bad customer service. The new management team should understand how to schedule employees, as well as an efficient manner in dividing out the breaks. 45 minutes is too long to wait for a blood draw. There was one phlebotomist and 1.5 gals working the computers for 15 clients (this includes people in front of us and behind us). It was a Thursday at 10:00 AM.

Today is 10/16/2020.
I was there for Lab work, and came around 7:20am, the line was pretty long but overall it took about 20-25 minutes.
I'm a PAMF patient and mistakenly took the Lab/line that's for general Mills patient (right by the entrance- I should 've asked). On my way out, I just realized the PAMF LAB (by the corner) is still open- so if you're PAMF member please note.
I still give them my 5 stars for these critical care workers and what they do for us- thanks! Special mention to Erika @ lab check in- super nice and helpful!

I'm here pretty often, unfortunately, but it could be worse because this place is great! There is a help desk, every one is very friendly and helpful. They have almost everything under 1 roof. They make it a point to be professional and nice as people are almost always here for something serious so it makes it a bit easier.
