Used it for about a year they have been making improvement and is a safe place to store things at . I also love the easiness of making payments as well . And good prices compared to other facilities . I would use again if needed and recommend

I have my own business where I need to rent a large permanent unit and occasionally I rent small units to house goods for a month or two and Penn plaza ALWAYS makes the process quick and easy. They use modern technology so it’s all done with text and email and is SO easy, and the rates are cheaper then most other places! The people who work at Penn are super friendly and helpful as well. I have been renting units in multiple states for over 20 years and Penn is by far the best facility I have used.
