We brought a Baker mahogany Butler’s table to Michael after it was damaged by a local moving company. We were blown away by the incredible repair that Michael performed on our table. His attention to detail was amazing and we can recommend him without reservation. Michael is an artist, and will always be our first choice for any future furniture repair.

Michael did an absolutely spectacular job with my 1950’s coffee table. It had previously been painted, then had some suboptimal sanding and repairs done to it. He took so much care with the job, and it looks so gorgeous… I couldn’t be happier. I can’t imagine finding a more skilled or knowledgeable person in the area to entrust with repair/restoration of valuable or sentimental furniture. On top of all that, Michael is such a sweet person and just a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to call him!

We’ve had the good fortune to know Michael for over 20 years. He has done restoration work at our home, all of which have turned out fantastic. Recently, he completed a unique project: building a custom fireplace mantle for an outdoor pavilion we are building. As you can see from the attached photos, this mantle turned out beautiful! Michael took a metal box mantle, produced by Iron Haus, adding a stone like texturing to the surface. He finished by matching the color of our other design elements to create a totally unique and amazing visual focus piece for our new fireplace. We are excited to install this one of a kind mantle later this spring!
