I have been shopping here for certain items for years and never experienced such bad customer service than I did tonight. An employee by the name of Pat was very rude and abrupt when i was asking about a few different pairs of shoes and proceeding to cut me off when i was talking. Another customer even gave me a look afterwards cause I am sure she was as shocked as I was. I get times are tough and people are stressed but - would she want to walk into a store to spend money and get treated like that?! I would think not.

I am visually impaired. the staff was beyond helpful. They knew exactly how a blind person needed help.
I haven’t been into a store that had that exquisite customer service.
I don’t think ever. Highly impressed and recommend.

I shop here all the time but today may have been my last trip to this particular location. I bought a dress on Tuesday of this week @ 25% off and today it was 40% off. I went into the store to see if I could get the difference and the woman at the counter said they don’t do that… they do have a 10 day price guarantee but it only applies to items purchased at regular price and since I’d already purchased it with a discount, I was out of luck. She was super rude.
