Logan Wise was awesome, Yester, was great, but my Pennymac team as it was definitely not, in getting my loan the amount to pay off was different than what they sent in checks to pay them off and had they checked the payoffs one last time before everything was said and done,of which they refused to do, I wouldn't have had to pay more out of what was sent to me. But I think if the feds lower the interest rate I may refinance with someone else that has a lower interest rate than what Pennymac gave me.
