They came and took my sister's body, dropping her head on floor. When we went to talk about caskets and stuff was only shown 3 that happened to be discounted because of some flaw. Was not offered the chapel for service ( we would have paid) told we could probably find some place, was not offered the rememberance cards or options. Was told to get headstone from someone else as well.
