I had an appointment, however, they took at least 45 minutes to pull my car into the service area. They were not busy. I had to go up to the service desk and ask why they hadn’t brought my car in. The Advisor said they’d bring it in now. But I could hear 2 young men talking and laughing, not working. When I walked around to look into the garage area, one was showing the other one something on his phone. I stayed out there for some time and this behavior continued. They were NOT working. One had dark curly hair, he worked on my car. The other young man, dark short hair, was the one on his phone continuously. Trying to engage the one working on my car. It was apparent that he was distracting others and delaying the completion of my car and others. It took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to have a simple oil change. Very disappointed. This was my first time coming to Pep Boys and I doubt I’ll return.

The service was fast and efficient. The quote for the work was spot on (who doesn't love that?)! The employees were amazing.
The service waiting room could certainly use some work.
