Pulled in with a dead battery. First person I talked with dropped what he was doing and changed out the battery in very short order. Great service! They even let me bring my cat into the lobby while I waited! Thank you!!!!

Very pleased with my experience at my local Pep Boys. During a through inspection of my vehicle it was brought to my attention rear brake drums and pads needed servicing. service was done in a prompt professional manner. Store manager Johnny and assistant Brad were very helpful.

I had to have my car towed to them due to damage caused by an A/C converter. The Pep Boys staff was very friendly and honest about the timeframe for repairs, which was pretty quick. They helped me set up a card to cover some of the costs and helped enter coupons I was having trouble with.
