Had to get a quick oil chance, charged me exactly what they said online and it was done in under an hour. Staff was amazing and listened to my concerns, also aired up my tires and did a complimentary tire check, 10/10 would return!!

Appointment was easy online. I would have paid for my item in this case a battery. And that might of save the wait at the shop for them to close my unpaid order. A learning curve for the next time. I got the battery I needed I. The time I needed it I didn’t have to wait two week (not sure I had that much time) with the old one. To arrive elsewhere.

My car was broken into and needed repairs. Pep Boys was able to get me in quickly, get my car taken care of and coordinated with my insurance and made the entire process as simple on me as possible. Ray is wonderful and communicated the perfect amount. I've been here before for new tires and I will continue to use pep boys for my car needs.
