Terrible customer service! Had me come in to my appointment to tell me they were going to be 45 to am hour late. Came back 45 minutes later and they completely pushed mine aside then proceeded to tell me it would be another hour because they were letting the other appointment go before me. No communication, did not answer the phone or try to contact me. Hands down worst experience with a shop I have had all in one day.

I have had excellent experiences every time I've taken my car here. They even switch out my winter wheel/tire sets for free.
Wanted to update my review with more gratitude to these guys. I've had my car in there 3 times in the last few weeks for different reasons. Each time they were super honest about what I needed and didn't even charge me since it was covered under previous services. Amazing experience, wish all auto shops were this honest and professional.

Tyler and Jairo went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Not only were they polite, prompt, and professional, but they also made a point to treat my wife and son like the most important people in the room. Pep Boys has earned my business for the rest of my automotive needs, as well as those of my extended family.
