I took my car for an oil change and of course the staff inspected my car and said I needed other multiple services. I rejected a few but let them fix two “important” issues but after I got my car back it felt worse than before. It started shaking so much, to the point where it felt like it was going to shut down completely. It is not drivable at all!!

This Pep Boys really outdid itself in accurately identifying my engine leak after multiple Firestones failed to do so and working for me in a timely, efficient manner to fix the issue. Assistant Manager Nio was a big help going above and beyond to make the repair process as smooth as possible. I definitely will be returning here after the outstanding service his team provided.

Nio who is the Assitant Store Manager provided me with excellent customer service. Nio waa very kind, professional and informative. He answered all of my questions. Great job!!!
