Customer service was Poor with a capital P! I came in 7/21/24@11:15am, Guy at counter says it’s going to be a 90 minute wait. I said sure no problem. He says “ I’m going to start your paperwork “ but he never does. Another customer comes in and he completely gives him/her the royal treatment and leaves me wondering what the heck is going on.So, I politely left. I didn’t want no trouble. Pep Boys has always been scandalous. Ever since I was a kid “ manny moe and jack have been jacking me!”

Ok. So my daughter took her car here. Because she had a nail in her tire .. she had misplaced her lock to remove her tire ... the first thing they said was your going to have to get your car towed home .. and they couldn't patch her tire ... I drove there to meet my daughter saw her car .and also saw where the nail was ..I knew when I saw her car that they were just trying to sell her new tires ... I asked them to put air in the tire for me ..
I drove her car to small tire shop I always go to .. told them what was going on they pulg her tire without having to remove her tire and only cost 10 bucks .. tire is fine and still rolling .... don't bring your cars to any pep boys they are a scam .... just here to try to get you to buy new tires ....

Took over 2.5 hours to replace tires while there was only me and another customer there. The mechanic was very slow. No apologies for the long wait. Been buying my tires for family there for years. Probably won’t be back.
