Made appointment online for oil change and tire rotation at 3:30 pm.Got a text reply that my appointment was scheduled. After almost 2 hours of waiting, the manager told me that they can only do oil change and if I want to do tire rotation, I will have to wait until 7pm.So what is the point of making appointment online if they are not going to do all the requested service. He said they were backed up and to make sure the appointment is confirmed is to call them by phone directly .He even said I was lazy because I didnt call them and just did online appointment. Very unprofessional and worst customer service!!!
Upon check out, the manager settled the heated argument by waiving the oil change fee but it doesnt compensate for the disrespect, hassle, and time that was wasted. Also, when I left, I noticed that my wheel locks were missing.They didnt do tire rotation but they took my wheel locks so I have to go back and get it from them. Thats was one of the worst days ever!
