Been going to Pep Boys for years - can't even say the exact number because it's been that long. This review is overdue and the community needs to know how fantastic their staff are. Cathedral City location Service Manager, Michael Arizmendi, has phenomenal customer service. No wonder his staff are just as wonderful. Can't thank them enough for the great service they've given me all these years. I wish I could find someone like them now that I've recently moved from the Coachella Valley. Thank you Mike, Andres, and everyone in your team!

I went to another place for an oil change . They told me I needed rear brakes. They told me they are really worn and I should get them in a week. They gave me an estimate and I said I will shop around . I then went to Pep Boys on Date Palm. It was almost the same price so I said to do them now. When they looked at the brakes they said I have a good 7000 miles before I would need them. I appreciated the honesty and told them I will switch all my business over to them. Can’t find honesty like I did today. Thank you Pep Boys
