" I hired this company to do a move-in clean a week ago, and in chatting with a friend about cleaners/maid services recently, realized I hadn't left a review. First of all, everyone I spoke with was friendly throughout and very pleasant to deal with. However, it cost me over $650 to have an 850ft² empty condo cleaned. "Yeah it is dirty, but not as as dirty like other places " told by one of their team lead who was at my place. I told them not to touch carpet ( two bedrooms and living room) as it needs shampoing, the service they don't provide. I'd already steam cleaned the carpets myself, so they didn't have to touch 3/4 of the floors. My main bathroom and bedroom (small carpet was flooded 6 sq feet area) so i told them not to worry about bathroom floor and the carpet. Because the place was empty, I just let them in to do their thing while I was at work, and was really excited in hopes of coming back to a sparkling clean apartment with that freshly cleaned smell (especially given the steep price and positive reviews). That was not the case. I walked in, it smelled the same, and as I started to look around, found so many obvious things missed. Some blinds and all light fixtures has not been touched, some cabinets and one side and top of the fridge and microwave top were just as before, and so on. To be honest, I had a harder time figuring out what was cleaned. Even the kitchen faucet, the shiniest object in the place, did not sparkle. So two persons just did two partial bathrooms and partial kitchen and two appliances in $650 +$ in 7hours. They said they charge $100 for two persons per hour. for $650+ for a two bedroom condo (not even including the floors), the place should be SPARKLING.

Garbage bag was left behind and they also left used towels n rags in the middle of the building hallway.

Based on this experience, I will not be seeking their services again and try my best so nobody get trapped. Make sure you get quote in email or as a text from them. I have pictures before and after. Probably estimate recording too.
