I have been going to Perfectly Pawsh Pet Salon now for over four years. I have been very pleased with their customer service, and the way that they handle my dog Chloe. She absolutely loves their staff and is super excited when we pull up. I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby with them. I have read the horrible reviews and believe they are hateful lies that are not proven. So, if you’re looking for a groomer that provided excellent services with great quality in a timely manner I would definitely give them a chance.

Would NOT recommend this business!! They performed the wrong service on my friends dog and then when she asked to pay for the correct service, a big man that worked there screamed at her and THREW HER CARD AT HER!! the WORST customer service experience we have ever experienced!! Take your money to people who actually treat customers with respect!!

Same thing happened to me about 3 yrs ago . They quoted me one price then would not give my dog back to me until I paid their inflated price . I’ve been very happy with Petco . They don’t overcharge by saying dog is “matted” like this place does .
