Dr. Ayala and his team have really helped me with my neck and back pain. I was rear ended recently and I couldn’t turn my neck normally and my back was extremely sore. With Dr. Ayala’s experience and tools, I can move my neck normally and I have little to no back pain. I have never had such fast relief and recovery from a chiropractor. He is amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was dealing with calf straining/lock up and
Dr. Ayala diagnosed the problem area. Educated me on the active release technique treatment method and exercises for maintaining proper function. And of course got the chiropractic adjustment!
Been a month since starting treatment and the calf all the way to the hip is moving smoothly with no more strains.

Dr. Ayala is a gifted practitioner of chiropractics. His diagnosis is as vital as his treatment approach. He is a movement and function specialist where his goal is to get you back on your feet in no time. My daughter is a dancer, and injuries are a part of being active. Dr. Ayala has helped her several times through set-backs that would have "benched" her for a whole season. His practice does what it says, to help people Perform Better!
