I originally left a 5 star review for this place, but after a few more visits, I have to change it. Last summer my AC went out, and I took it in to have them look at it. They charged it up and said everything was fine. Within a few hours of me driving off, the AC went out again. On a day when it was 106 degrees. So I took it back. They told me it was a fan that needed to be replaced. $350 later, and the AC went out again after 15 minutes of me driving away from the shop. I took it back AGAIN, and this time they told me $1500 to replace the entire system. I said I needed to think about it, as that's a huge chunk of change. I asked him for a printed out quote of everything that included so I could read it. When I picked up my car, he handed me a post-it note that said, "Complete AC system - $1500". Seriously? That, along with the fact that I had taken my car in THREE times and they hadn't fixed it yet, made me reconsider going back to them. I'm REALLY glad I made that decision. Turns out it was just my compressor that was bad. Had it replaced and everything works great now. Anytime a shop gives you a large dollar amount to fix something, I advise you to get a second opinion. I would have been out $1500, with an unnecessary whole system replacement.
(Edit: November 2022) I went in for a job that was billed to be 1.5 hours. I dropped it off at 0800 in the morning, it wasn't finished until 1400 the next day. I never got updates, I had to keep calling to figure out that my car wasn't going to be ready the same day like they said it was.
After the work was done my care was having problems, I took it back and instead of finding out the issue or troubleshooting, they just replaced the part and then told me that they didn't have time to figure out what it was, and sent me on my way. They told me to call them later to make an appointment, that was going to be several weeks out.
I feel like they are taking every job they can, and just providing absolutely horrible customer service. In the past I was told they were good and reasonable. Not the case anymore, their hourly rate is extremely high, and wouldn't give me a written estimate before the work was started. I didn't know how much I was going to pay, until I paid.
