Ordered feather trim and it is exactly what I wanted. The customer service was very good and shipping was exceptionally fast. Have have shopped this store for 6 years and they always have everything I want and need.

Had to pick up a bunch of foam for couch cushions. The manager, Hooman, was very polite and efficient. He helped us get everything we needed quickly.

I ordered from their online store on 2 separate occasions. The first was SO pleasing that I ordered from them again.

My second order was fulfilled incorrectly. They sent me hot pink feather trim instead of purple. I reached out through their sales email, it took them a day or so but they're taking care of it! Very grateful.
