I loved my buying experience with Perris Valley Kia. I was able to work out a deal on a 2025 Sorento Hybrid with Dilcia. The best part of the deal was that the negotiation took place entirely via text (my preferred method of communication). Dilcia was very respectful of my time and never rushed me. I also had a great experience with the sales manager, Joe, who eased the nerves I had about purchasing the car before it was delivered to me and Michael (finance), who walked me through each step of the contract and never tried to upsell me on anything. From the initial texts, through delivery, the team at Kia were very professional and respectful.
There were times where the responses to my questions were slow and I was left wondering if the deal was still on at times, but all's well that ends well and me and my family are thrilled with our new Sorento Hybrid! We would absolutely work with this dealership again and do recommend this dealership for auto purchases.
