I had an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Advisor stated it would take 1 to q 1/2 hours to complete. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours and per instructions messaged my advisor as to the status. Within 2 minutes she came into the waiting room and said it was ready. So exactly how long have I been waiting for nothing when my truck was probably done already and just sitting there. I travel alot and get oil changes from many different dealerships across the country. This by far is the most expensive. $40 for a tire rotation? My bill was nearly $180. My last oil change was in Oregon at a Dodge dealership and was under $80. Further after I paid I was given the keys and I asked where my truck was. The guy pointed out to the huge parking lot full of vehicles. So I ended up having to go walk around and find it myself. Please do better!

I’ve only had good experiences here. They have some of the best customer services practices in place and are consistent. Our service advisor, Frank was great! He had a good sense of the problem right away and identified another issue that also needed immediate attention (which I wasn’t even aware of). He kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and got our car back to us quickly. Again, great customer and automotive service, thank you.

The service we received at Perry Jeep was outstanding. The car was in for service for oil change and alignment. When we arrived we were greeted quickly by my service advisor Angelica who diagnosed our Jeep Wrangler and informed of me of a pending recall and how to schedule the future appointment. The service was completed within a few hours and the service was up to my expectations.
