I want to say this review is strictly on customer service. A lady that works there is really rude unless it’s her personality? And if it’s her personality it truly sucks. How can you be so insulting and be unpleasant when all I am trying to do is ask you a question. And I gave Sasha the benefit of the doubt a couple of times but she is really nasty. I really hope you guys give her more training because the way she comes off to those grieving about their loved ones is just sad no one should have to encounter someone like her.
