I went in to purchase food for my dog. I was barely acknowledged by the girls working when I tried to ask for help.. And as I was leaving the blond girl at the register spent more time talking to me about her cat, and to the other employees... than she did helping me or doing her job! I think her name is Kyra. The girls at the register were very unprofessional and rude. Neither of them even offered to help me to my car! This is the second time I have had this type of experience at this location. I will never be returning, do not recommend!!

Sharon was absolutely AMAZING! She was very helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. This was our first but certainly not our last time to shop here due to her positive attitude, hard work, and great customer service skills. We wanted to check the expiry dates on the heavy 30lb bags and she took initiative and checked them all for us, and all the while helped us out with a smile on her face and a very helpful, positive attitude. Overall a very lovely person to be around and made us feel very welcome in the store. In the end, she offered and carried out our heavy 30lb bag to our car for us. Employees like her are very rare and a true value to every organization. My family and myself will be customers for life, mainly due to the wonderful experience she created for us. We will recommend this store to everyone we know. The other staff were also kind and helpful. It’s an overall positive environment. Highly recommend this location!

Wow. Very impressed. Not only did I walk in and was given very attentive, helpful directions by both staff members who were instantly ready to help and not in a way that made me feel pressured. I have social anxiety so the approach they made only made me comfortable which is very rare.
Both sections I went to were very organized and had lots of selection.
Most impressive was definitely the customer service and just kindness that I received from Kyra. With everything going on in the world, I don’t leave a lot of stores feeling anything but frustrated or unwelcome.
I will never go anywhere else in future. Thanks for having such great staff and giving me a pair I’ve experience!
