I love this place & use them for my miniature poodle's full-service grooming. Unlike some groomers, they don't have a default "doodle dog surcharge" (I get a puppy cut, not the show-dog cut so having to pay extra for a fancy cut that I don't want is annoying). Also, they're able to get me scheduled within a week or so typically, which is great (many other groomers in my area book up months in advance). The retail employees & groomers are always very friendly and helpful.

Popped into the store @ Lakeland Hills today the staff was super friendly and helped me with pet product deals. Can’t beat that! This is a friendly store to shop in. I love their full groom service as well. See y’all soon, my girls are foodies!🐾🐾

Always the best of service here at the Lakeland Hills store! Staff always greet each customer and are readily available to answer questions! Today I received a customer appreciation gift bag with treats, dog food and a tennis ball! Greatly appreciated..thank you!
