I absolutely love how knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly the staff are. I also love the buy program that gives you a free bag of food after so many purchases. (I think it's 10) they are also WAY nicer than the Puyallup mudbay workers. My only wish is that they would carry the large bag of Northwest naturals Lamb. But I have always been able to get turkey or beef. Since my pup is allergic to chicken.

The young man was very helpful and kind. He answered my questions and let me take my time. My dog is a very picky eater and LOVED the free sample of First Mate chicken and blueberries. Does this come in a larger bag? I will definitely buy it

Friendly and helpful staff. They really care and have all the answers. They carry a good selection of hard to find kibble for my pup that is sensitive to basically everything. Plus they gave a great reward system.
