Highly recommend. Service is always consistently excellent - these people know their products and they know animals. I love that they do not sell live animals (especially birds- I can't believe that is legal). Prices are a bit high, but aren't they everywhere?! Quality is always excellent, and they stand by their products. I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

I go in this pet pros all the time and love the products of what they carry and that its so close to my house and well priced. But, I go in there all the time and never get helped. I understand they may be low on staff or something but this is the 3rd time it’s happened where I come in and gather the things I want to buy and stand at the register for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to help me when there is no one around. I recommend putting a bell at the register if you’re busy stocking shelves or in the back. Another customer came in and asked if I was waiting to be helped and she decided to leave because she didn’t want to wait for service either. I was excited to buy some new treats for my dog but left empty-handed with the bag at the register!
