PLEASE update your holiday hours online!! Incredibly frustrating for the store hours to say “Open until 7pm today” for Easter today. I drove forty five minutes to arrive with my dog at 4:30pm for the self-wash. When I walked in was told they actually were closing early today at 5pm and the dog self wash was already closed (despite the store being open for another half hour). Worker said they closed it up around 3:30pm. Only notice of different hours was a paper taped the window with holiday hours. That is not helpful for customers to drive all the way to your store to find a sign taped to the window. It’s shocking business in the year 2024 still don’t update the holiday hours on Google. I come here often for all our pet supplies and self-wash. Please update your hours online!!!

We come here mostly to clean up our dogs. The dog washing stations are awesome. And the staff for grooming has been great and very accommodating to our schedule.

Price matches, rewards program, self wash with powerful dryers (better than tractor supply), groomers, and more. There's a little bit of everything but it's not petco/petsmart. Always see manager out helping on the floor and has great engagement.
