If you have an early morning appointment (0400-0600) be prepared to wait at the gate while listening to fork lifts inside working. Tried calling every single extension at the place no one is at the phones, no one is working the gates, no security, might as well take a nap in your sleeper these people do not care. Who knows maybe my company rep set the wrong appointment time and they don't open at 4am but the security guard at their primary location could have told me if that was the case. Do not know how efficient they are at unloading so I'll append my comment accordingly.

Short nasty person who only has an attitude with black people and thats a fact, they will tell you to leave your truck in the street and sit inside while your truck gets a ticket for a cheap load. This short Mexican female has a terrible attitude unless your white.

Super strict appointment rule! DO NOT PULL INTO THE GATE WITHOUT PARKING ON THE STREET! First park on the street, then walk to the gate for check in!!! Otherwise, there is not room to make manuver! The unloading was ver fast, about 30 minutes. When I got there 6.50 am , I was by myself and it was easy to back to the dock! If there are some trucks, it might be little bit harder because there so many trailers parked along the fence!
