Horribly unprofessional, unsanitary, rude. BEWARE!!!! And stay away from their grooming, as well!!! Had to DRIVE BACK TO HOLD AND SHAVE MY OWN 150 LB RESCUE MYSELF!!!

The store seems clean and well-stocked, but they are terribly understaffed. I visited on a Tuesday at 7 pm. There was one cashier with a line of 15 people. This is a recurring problem. I ordered another toy online to pick up "curbside" but there is no "curbside" designation in the parking lot and nothing in the store to indicate where to pick up the toy. There was no one to ask but the cashier. One employee, who looked like a stocker, was sitting on the floor making a personal call on his phone. This place seems poorly manages. No manager was present.
